What is a Solutions Provider?  

A systems integrator / solutions provider is a company that solves problems using technology.  HTS's primary focus is manufacturing, laboratories and production operations.  From sensors and actuators to mainframe.  

As you can see from the column on the left we have a lot of tools that we can integrate to form custom solutions.  Typically customers call us up and say "I need to develop a system that can do this ...".  We usually ask a bunch of questions to better understand what you want to accomplish and then tell you if we think we would be a good fit or try to direct you to someone who can help you.  

In a project management role, a solutions provider is similar to a general contractor. For example, if you want to build a new house you can contract with, schedule and supervise one company for the foundation, another company for the framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, painting, flooring, appliances, etc. Or you can hire a general contractor and the general contractor will schedule and manage all of these sub contractors. 

Whether you want us to be the sub or the general contractor we'll pull together the resources that reduce our and your risks and make you and your project a winner.  We understand that in order for us to be successful, you must first be successful.  You can off-load projects on us with minimal supervision that get done on-time and on-budget.
