Books, books, we love books.  It surprises us the number of people that want to learn something but are not willing to spend $50 or even $30 for a good book.  Only very rarely do we get a book that is not worth it's price.  Whether we are using books to train newcomers to the field or building a library of code we find that they save us hours and hours of time and lots of money.
