Recipients can, at their leisure and discretion, simply throw away the information if they feel it is of no use, retain the information for future reference, browse our web site, or contact HTS for more information.

Anyone wanting to be removed from our marketing lists can do so by sending us their name and company name and request to be put on our "Do Not Contact" list.  Please make sure your name and company name are clearly legible. 

HTS respects the privacy of customers and will not sell marketing lists to other companies. HTS employees are trained in these policies and how to protect the private and proprietary information of our customers.
