INVENTORY / WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Inventory / Warehouse Management Control System PC
Computer Software Source Code

Inventory Master™ software is a collection of expert
technologies developed over many years that improves warehouse operations. Integration of control, monitoring, and
management information systems allows
different users to see different aspects of the same system. For
example, operators see things they can touch: parts and storage locations.
Maintenance personnel see alarms, diagnostics, and historical detailed
traces. Managers and Process Engineers see production and quality reports, inventories,
databases of metrics and key performance indicators. You need a
system that handles all of these basic requirements and allows you to add
your own.
Improve Operations
- Lower capital costs. Saves thousands of dollars per computer
per year over traditional systems.
- Have more predictable operations, less variance, more consistency, higher quality, fewer mistakes
- Speed up operations by discovering bottlenecks and limiting
processes
- Metrics and Key Performance Indicators are monitored, analyzed,
recorded and reported.
- Automatic reordering option watches usage and level to report when
parts are projected to run out. Gives management a forward looking view of when they will run out
of critical supplies. Reports sort by expected run-out time.
- Can be implemented in phases to reduce risk, downtime, and replace
legacy systems.
- Scalable from a small inventory or PDA interface to global
operations.
- Instead of having the same IT infrastructure as everyone else -- now
you have a competitive edge with a customized solution that enhances and optimizes your
processes.

On-line Information Systems
- On-line policies, procedures and checklists for operators
- On-line maintenance procedures, records and repair videos
- On-line safety information such as MSDS
- Information can be either electronic based or printed when needed.
- Information can be sent to PDAs so that operators, engineers, and
managers always have real-time information out in the field with them
- Follows Best Practices for Globalization and Localization to support
world languages, number formats, and cultures.

Alarm Monitoring & Notification
- Alarming on late receipt of materials, late filling of orders, items
that have run out and not reordered, items that will soon run out, or any other parameter
- Alarms can signal strobes, horns, Public Address (PA) system, cell phones,
pagers, PDAs, send e-mail alerts
- Current alarm and system status can be viewed from, or sent to, anywhere
in the world including computers, PDAs, cell phones, pagers

Reporting & Historical Data
- Can be web based by using ASP.NET to serve data to Internet Explorer
clients.
- Data can be stored in almost any type of database
- Wireless networks send information to portable / hand held computers that operators
carry with them. No need to keep running back to the control room.
- History reports and logs of all activities -- can be written to CD-ROM or
DVD for archival purposes
- Reports in most formats: Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat PDF,
Crystal, databases,
XML, text, etc.
- Template reports are done in text (CSV) and Excel and are ready to print or
save.

Integrating Security & Inventory Management Software
Software Security
- Can use standard Microsoft Windows security
- Additional levels / points of security can be added as necessary
- Can use SSL, IPSec, VPNs, and others for secure remote communications
- Uses standard firewalls, virus protection that most companies
already have implemented
Physical Security & Safety
- Integrates video cameras and audio into system so that managers and
security can see and hear what remote workers are doing and
sound like.
- Integrates "dead man" technology
- Integrates biometric devices -- fingerprints, iris scanning, etc
- Integrates employee ID: badges, bar code, magnetic stripe, RFID
- Can require operator to interface to system every 15 minutes to
indicate they are alert, awake, and not injured.
