Mixing & Blending Sample Screen

Mixing & blending has never been easier and more accurate.  For high accuracy applications you sample the raw materials, and alter the recipe so that the finished product is centered within specifications.  To mix a product you:

1. Select the mixing system (typically one mixing system per screen)
2. Select the recipe
3. Select the number of gallons you want to make
4. The mixing & blending system verifies that you have the correct amount of raw materials.  If you are lacking raw materials the system tells you the maximum number of gallons you can make with the raw materials you have. 
5. When the operator completes their motor and valve check list (lock outs, bypasses, etc.) they press the "START" button
6. The system opens the valves, ramps the pumps up, gets everything lined out, and tells the operator when the batch will be done. 

The system continuously monitors alarm conditions and shuts down on alarm (valve not in correct state, motor not running, low flow, wrong density, etc.)
