For volume our software includes: fluid ounces, cups, quarts, pints, gallons, milliliters, liters, kiloliters, cubic feet, cubic yards, and cubic meters. Not only can you select each of these units, we include conversion routines that will convert from any of these units to any other unit.
.NET includes the DateTime and TimeSpan classes for you to do normal time
conversions. Our routines do "business time" conversions. Where
there are 8 hours in a day, 40 hours in a week, and 2,080 hours in a year.
Plus you can change the constants for hours in a day, hours in a week, and hours
in a year to match your corporate operations. For example, if you only run
one shift a day you might have 8 hours in a day. Two shifts would be 16
hours in a day, etc.
Now all conversions in your company will come out the same! Easily convert between incoming units, internal units, and outgoing units. If you have units not listed -- you have the source code and can easily add your own units and conversions. OR have us do it for a reasonable charge. Your choice of VB.NET or C# source code.
